Agreement to Terms

By completing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. This includes acceptance of mandatory, binding individual arbitration, which means disputes related to our website, services, or these terms must be resolved through arbitration rather than in court. You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by following the procedures outlined below.

Enforceability of Terms

If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect. You will still be bound by the enforceable sections.

Structure of the Terms

If there is a discrepancy between general and specific terms, the specific terms take precedence.

General Terms: Apply to all types of travel experiences.

Specific Terms: Apply to specific services like accommodations or car rentals.

Language of Agreement

The English version of these terms is the official version. If there is a conflict between English and other languages, the English version will apply.

Our Values

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Abide by our values and comply with all applicable laws

• Cooperate with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks.

• Use our website and services for their intended purpose and not for nuisance, fraud, or unauthorized bookings.

• Behave appropriately during your stay and respect property managers and staff.

Prices and Payments

Pricing: Prices are subject to change and may include taxes, fees, and any applicable charges. Errors or misprints will be corrected, and bookings may be canceled in the event of such errors.

•Payment: Payment is required upfront, and your credit card may be charged at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the terms.

•Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 days, subject to the cancellation policies outlined below.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 7 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a charge for the total reservation price.

•Non-refundable Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking, and cancellations are not refunded.

•Payment Failures: If payments are not completed on time, your reservation may be canceled, and any non-refundable payments may be forfeited.

•Pre-authorization: In some cases, your credit card will be pre-authorized for the total amount of the booking before arrival.

Responsibility of the Guest

As the primary booker, you are responsible for the actions of all guests in your group and must ensure they are aware of and comply with these terms.

Arbitration Agreement

Governing Law: These terms and any disputes will be governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda. Arbitration will be resolved in Antigua and Barbuda, unless local laws dictate otherwise.

Scope: All claims arising from your use of our platform or services will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days by sending a written notice to VRV Enterprises LLC with the subject line “Arbitration — Opt-Out Notice.

”Pre-Dispute Resolution: Before filing arbitration or a lawsuit, you must first submit your complaint in writing using the dispute resolution form on our website. If unresolved within 60 days, you may proceed to arbitration.

Unacceptable Behavior and Cancellation of Bookings

• We reserve the right to cancel any booking or prevent future bookings if the guest engages in unacceptable behavior, including fraud, abuse, or violation of laws or our values.

• If a booking is canceled due to unacceptable behavior, no refund will be provided. You may contact our customer service for more details if you believe a booking was wrongfully canceled.

Starter Kit for Your Stay

As a short-term rental and not a hotel, we provide a basic starter kit with essential supplies to help you settle in. Once the initial supplies are used, guests are responsible for replenishing them for the remainder of their stay.

Respect and Safety Guidelines

We kindly ask that you treat our home as your own and respect the property. Your privacy is very important to us, and we are committed to honoring it. Please note, however, that there are security cameras placed only on the exterior of the home. These are installed for your safety and the protection of the property when no one is present. We kindly request that you do not tamper with or disable the outdoor cameras.

Booking Terms and Welcome

Guests who fail to show up without canceling their reservation will be charged the full price of the booking.

By booking with VRV Enterprises LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms, policies, and conditions, including the arbitration agreement. Please review all details carefully before proceeding with your reservation.
